Last year, Skin introduced a brand new generation of characters. Unexpectedly, the new ones apparently were as good as those who came before them which makes the show much glossier.
As in the tradition, Skins gets dressed up with another generation. Mino, Alo, Grace and company are set to return for Skins- Skins is fitting its old clothes? Just keep reading.
Some people keep asking (so as you, I suppose) why there is no Skins movie- well, have an answer for that. Last night’s premiere of the opening of Skins series six, creator Bryan Elsley answered the question in his introduction speech said People often ask us why there isn’t a Skins movie,” said creator Bryan Elsley during his introduction to the exclusive screening, “and it’s because we have this.”

Taking a credit for movie, I could say that the first episode of Skin feel like a movie. To sum up, I think the producer swung a hefty amount just to take the shot, location is Morocco. It’s a summer holiday for the gang before the term starts again. Scenes of usual teenage stuff are also encrypted (includes drug-taking, sexual encounters, boob jokes) – but I guess it would be more heavy this time.
Talking about dressed up, Skins make-over includes the morphing of the casts (there coming out of their shell). Franky, one of those evolving butterflies, once shy, neuter teenager has morphed into a stronger, headstrong young woman. Continue reading
